Find Your Footing! Emotional Wellness and Skill Building

New Group Starts July 9th!!

 

 Why do we feel what we feel — and can we actually do something about it? This engaging three-part series answers those questions and more. You’ll gain a foundational understanding of how your nervous system drives your emotional responses, explore hands-on strategies to shift your mindset and regulate your emotions, and walk away with a personal toolkit for building resilience that lasts!
 This no-fluff, skills-focused series gives you a clear understanding of how your nervous system and emotions work together, equips you with practical techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult thoughts, and helps you build the mental toughness and flexibility to bounce back from whatever life throws at you. 

 

When: July 9th, 16th, ad 23rd 


Who: Adults 18 and up

Time: 6:00p - 7:30p
Cost: $150 for all three sessions
